Fletcher Printing COVID-19 Procedure

This coronavirus (COVID-19) company procedure is susceptible to changes with the introduction of additional governmental guidelines.

The disease causes respiratory illness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough, fever, and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing. You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (2 meters or 6 feet) with people who are unwell. If you have any symptoms, please stay home.

While we continue to respond to the outbreak we must, at the same time, remind all employees, customers and vendors remain calm, continue to do your part in containment, and most importantly use this time to enjoy time with family and loved ones within your restrictions.

  • How are we actively participating?

    We are actively participating in the fight to reduce the ongoing spread of the COVID-19 virus in our community. Although we are in the midst of this pandemic, we are still open for business with safety protocols and procedures – ensuring our customers can still obtain the same great service they expect from Fletcher Printing.

  • What are we asking of our customers?

    We do ask that all customers understand new policies we have implemented to ensure we are containing the spread of COVID-19 while doing so.

    We encourage all customers to submit their jobs via phone, email or our website. Our staff are available to answer your phone calls or emails during our regular business hours. Communication via email and phone opposed to in-person in greatly appreciated during this time.

    We will email or call you once your order is complete. Once you are notified, you can pay over the phone with a credit card. Payments can also be made through e-transfer or online through our website.

    If you are requesting curb-side pickup, please phone our main line when you have arrived safely in the parking lot and we will bring out your order.

    Please refrain from using cash or cheque, tap is preferred. If the debit machine is required, please use hand sanitizer before use.

  • What is Fletcher Printing doing to provide a safe environment?

    Fletcher Printing will be disinfecting all public areas after every customer interaction, this includes doors, counters, debit machine, seating areas, tables, hand rails, etc. You are encouraged to use the available hand sanitizer upon entry.

    All public stationery and shared items have been removed from our customer service areas. We will encourage all customers to use their own pens if needed, and we will not ask for signatures for pick up’s or deliveries; rather we will ask for a name and record it ourselves.

  • How are our staff participating?

    Communications have gone out to all staff members regarding the importance of self-hygiene. We have provided steps on how they too can participate in the containment practices and symptoms, and protocols should they feel they may have come into contact with, or have COVID-19.
